While securing funding for a loan with a low Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR) is straightforward through a bank, the process can become complicated due to factors like assessment costs, time constraints, contingencies, and lower-than-expected valuations, leading to potential rejection. Banks may impose significantly higher equity requirements, up to 100%, and exhibit inflexibility regarding pre-sales, whereas we tailor loans to align with our clients' needs.

Leveraging our extensive experience, we are often taken on from inception to completion, including feasibility assessments, finance structuring, and profitability evaluations.

Our forte lies in bridging the total budget gap required for project funding. While many can finance LVRs ranging from 50-65%, the additional top-up of 5-10% post-valuation, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and credit requirements often pose challenges. This is where ACMF excels.
